When it comes to moving home, size and space are at a premium, and today’s modern furniture sometimes does not fit into your chosen rooms. At Halls Removals, we recognise and understand this problem and have the knowledge, tools, and equipment to provide you with a fully bespoke dismantling and reassembling service for your furniture.

Collection address

Where possible, we will endeavour to move and transport all furniture in its current built-up state unless the item in question is too large, unsafe, or will not come down the stairs and pass through doorways. In that case, it may be necessary to dismantle the item due to access restrictions and to comply with health and safety regulations.

Destination address

When we arrive at your new location, we will endeavour to place all furniture items into rooms of choice (access permitting). It is worth bearing in mind that some items of furniture may not go into your new property as is; for example, the stairs could be of a different configuration or if it is a three-storey development (we would advise that this be pointed out to us on your free, no-obligation home survey) to ascertain your new property’s requirements.

General advice

If you have the original assembly instructions of the item or product in question, this can be of great help. Still, it is not an essential element of providing this service, and you may find it very helpful should you wish to undertake this task yourself.
