We always take a detailed inventory of items being moved at the time of collection, should customs or any other regulatory bodies require it.

We would also confirm your contact phone numbers, the new address you provided, and any other relevant information and supply you with a contact mobile number so you can always liaise with the removal crew.
We can also provide an export wrapping service for furniture and delicate objects as required.

Working alongside one of our long-established international relocation partners, we carry out this service in stages. We offer a complete door-to-door service. We collect all items from your home and provide a complete export wrapping service as standard.

We would also take a detailed inventory of all items being moved for customs and any other regulatory bodies at the time of collection; all items would then be taken to our partners in preparation for loading into a shipping container, or depending on your circumstances, we would arrange for a secure shipping container to be loaded directly at your home. All relevant contact information, e.g. phone numbers and your new address, etc, will be given to our partners for processing.

One of our partner agents will contact you to arrange a delivery time and date upon arrival at the port of destination (and after customs formalities are complete).

Depending on your destination and the sailing times of the cargo ship, delivery times are subject to change.
